Translation turnaround times are typically 2-5 business days, depending on document complexity and translator availability. You'll receive email updates on your translation status.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account through the Application settings. After deletion is requested, your account will be permanently removed within 5 days. During this period, you may cancel the deletion request by logging back in.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take data security very seriously. Your information is encrypted and stored securely using Firebase and Google Cloud Platform with industry-standard security measures. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Does OzPath provide immigration advice?

No. OzPath is an information tool only and does not provide immigration advice. The AI chatbot and content are for general guidance only. For official immigration advice, you must consult a registered migration agent or immigration lawyer.

How do I report a translation issue?

If you're unsatisfied with your translation, you can report the issue through the Application. Provide specific details about your concerns and our team will review your report within 3 business days.
